6-year old with a an 1mm overjet and history of trauma wants to fix her bite and does not want braces and is dental phobic
The challenge
Severe 11 mm overjet, lower jaw retruded, flared out incisors
The plan
Use Invisalign First to expand and use Class II elastics to reduce overjet, guide growth, and preserve space.
The outcome
Expanded arches, improved mandibular growth, reduced 11 mm overjet, corrected Class II, and created eruption space with Invisalign and elastics only!
