The challenge
She has a underbite and both upper canines are severely impacted and are buccal and 6 and7 maybe transposed
The plan
Expand and advance maxilla, protect lateral roots, traction impacted canines, align arches, and correct crossbite.
The outcome
mpacted canines aligned, positive overjet achieved, crowding resolved, midlines coordinated, with Class III growth monitored.
