Seven-year-old with thumb habit, Class II, severe crowding, constricted palate, posterior crossbite, and excessive 8mm overjet.
The challenge
Severe crowding, constricted maxilla, posterior crossbite, excessive overjet, and persistent thumb-sucking habit.
The plan
Rapid palatal expansion followed by Invisalign First and elastics to create space and correct the bite.
The outcome
Stopped thumb habit, corrected crossbite and Class II, reduced overjet, and created space for eruption.
