The challenge
Retrognathic mandible with a convex facial profile and skeletal Class II relationship.
The plan
Invisalign for presurgical decompensation, followed by BSSO mandibular advancement and postsurgical refinement.
The outcome
Improved facial profile, corrected Class II relationship, reduced overjet, and achieved a stable functional occlusion.
